So in other words it is easier to just find a running R-154 Supra for sell lol

Yeah, like I mentioned in my ninja-edit, keep saving and expand your search radius if you have to. You'll generally find the cheapest (and most beat-up) cars on regional craigslists. You can find some pretty decent already well-built cars in the forsale section here -- though they generally command a higher price.

Meh, its hard to say from that ad. No idea how many miles, what type of HG it has, etc.

I think this would probably be a better car if you could work out a deal with the owner and arrange to fly-in/drive back: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102657

Nightrider760 and i have also been trying to work out a deal for me to buy his 91 turbo.

here is what i got

130k on the odometer
black interior w/ blue seats
5 spoke wheels
intake
3 inch exaust
boost gauge
cd player
sogi shifter mod
auto to manual w/r154 stage 3 clutch
0.20 over oem pistons and rings
block and head has been resurfaced for the 2.00mm cometic gasket
resurfaced crank to 0.30
new bearrings

i will soon polish the valve covers
(i could get you an FFIM made for the car with a q45 Throttlebody for only 300 they usually worth 600 dlls)
shaved trim

IT NEEDS but i will take care of everything for 3k
the engine needs a break in i havent drove the car much
smog check
new windshield- i will get that
and pay 2 years of plates( 180) dllsI will take care of the plates and paint
and i will throw in a Garrett 65 A/r big turbo is worth about 300-400 dlls to my best guess

so for 3k you will have a running car with new intense black paint. The car its getting ready for paint
