ok so i finally got them back and this is what they said...

"These are marked 750 cc Injectors but flow quite a bit more, This isnt the first set of RC's the we have seen not flow as expected. The good news is,
they are faily well matched. Tests were verified on 2 different matchines. Also, they did not have filters on them, never run injectors without filters.

Replaced o-rings, filters, pintle caps, and seals"

What do you guys think? Could these still be used with my set up, which is a vpc(550rom) + safc2 and AEM wideband...?

I am including the flow chart and tests they did, please view bottom.

ANY helpful input would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
-emp.

im not too sure...i know it can work with 750...so maybe when i lower the pressure? ...would need to take out some to compensate.*

A couple of observations.

Nobody but IJ, realized that the test fuel pressure was 43psi where it should have been done at 35psi. Most of you guys were commenting on how "huge" they were instead of realizing the truth behind the test. Tells me how much you guys really know about injectors. Yet, you guys make comments about other injectors as if you were experts in the field. I wish they would have tested them at 35psi to see what they would have truely flowed. Oh well, we'll never know.

Four out of six injectors initially failed the leak test. Three out of six didn't have a good spray patterns. Intial flow where all over the place with what I like to think is an unacceptable injector balance. And all of this coming out of RC Injectors. Wow. Those must be some damn good injectors.

Face it guys, if they were brand X injectors you guys would have flamed the hell out of them and called them "frickin dogshit!" But since they are RC's then their poor test results are acceptable as long as they get them back into shape. Hypocrites.

EDIT: BTW, empera those injectors are fine now. They're probably still alot more injector than you need right now. What turbo are you planning on going with?

well with these injectors i got off a friend who thought they were done with, so i ended getting them for a "special" price, they are more than 2 years old and have been put through hell...heh, so i said f-it, we'll see wat happens.

I plan to go with either an sp61 or the BOSS turbo from LIPP(suprasport)
