I quit drinking energy drinks a week ago and now am more rested and am saving money. I have 1 can left that's sitting in the fridge.

Kyle, making it bigger is impossible once it breaks off and starts traveling down the uritrian tract (between the kidney and the bladder). The energy drinks dehydrate you as well as overloading your body with nutrients and caffiene.

Turns out I have a 3mm kidney stone. Both of my parents have had them, albeit at twice my age. Luckily I still have free full coverage medical at the VA hospital. Atleast I now have Vicoden.

Ya'll know that saying about how drinking too much energy drinks will give you kidney stones? It's true! 4 Amps a day for 3 months just landed my ass in the hospital with one of those little and oh so painful bastards.

But.... it has electrolytes! It's what plants want!

That sucks. Switch to water. :)

What are electrolytes?

Do ya even know?

Electrolyte

1. A melted or dissolved compound that has broken apart into ions (anions and cations). Applying an electric field across an electrolyte causes the anions and cations to move in opposite directions, thereby conducting electrical current while gradually separating the ions. See also electrodialysis, electrolysis.

2. Any of these ions found in body fluids. Electrolytes are needed by cells to regulate the flow of water molecules across cell membranes.
