What would be the easiest way to tighten up the steering on a car that's gotten progressively loose over the past few years? I had it to a point where it was very twitchy so to speak and it's gotten sloppy over time. Is there anyone on here that makes a poly bushing kit for the steering rack? I'm guessing it's due to the old bushings / grommets so I was going to replace them. Is there anything else to look for?
Also...
I've never bled a clutch before, would bleeding the clutch fluid from the slave cylinder and changing the rubber line to a braided one give me a stiffer clutch feel?
Never had to do anything that involved steering components or hydraulic clutch systems as I've only worked on cars with cable clutches up to now so any help would be appreciated.
