See if you can find some ct20s, there is a very nice writeup on SF on how to install them, and the cost wont run that much.

My poor Supra's twins are blown...

May I asked what PSI you were running when they blew? I've heard of people boosting at 18 PSI all day with no problems (one guy from the CelicaSupra forums said he went over a year going at 18PSI with no repercussions. When he finally went single, the twins were fine, no shaft play whatsoever).

13 PSI? Do you constantly redline your car for minutes on end or something?

No, although I do tend to drive my Supra pretty hard. The stock twins are the flaw of the 1J. Ask anybody and they will tell you the same thing. That's why most 1J owners go single since they will blow eventually, especially with the way most of us drive our Supra's.

High EGTs, overdue oil changes, and bad pcv valve usually lead to bad turbos. Also consider they may have been thoroughly abused beforehand so even if you treat them right when you get them, the damage may already be done and their life cut short. You never know.

I've had a set that gave out running stock boost and a set that were still fine when I removed them running 17psi daily and a set that were dead on first startup.
