Also, this stupid nut on my exhaust manifold keeps coming loose...what can I do w/out using loctite?

The nut is not coming loose, the stud is slowly pulling out of the head. Every time you tighten it it gets worse until it will not tighten at all.
You can helicoil for 10mm X 1.25 and put a new locknut and stud on there, and that can be done without removing the manifold. My car did the same thing, and then several other local people had that problem, which is what led me to make up the 7/16 helicoil kits. I've fixed several in car (10mm) without removing the manifold but it's better to take it off and do them all. The rear 3 are the most likely to be stripped.

Well, I thought I heli-coiled that one, but to be honest I can't remember...it tightens each time, and the nut will rattle to the end of the stud over time, usually after like a month of daily driving. It will stay tight for a while though. How much would you charge to do that one stud...all the others seem fine, IREALLY don't want to take that manifold off though...me and the CT-26 aren't friends to say the least.

If that was helicoiled then it could be the nut, just buy a new lock nut at your local Toyota dealer for about $1. They used to actually lock when they were new.

Fender looks great! We have to do the rest of the car...

I would be happy if just the hood and roof were done, lol...let's do it next week, after I install my new suspension! I haven't had any time this week, been busy...In fact tomorrow is going to be consumed with cleaning up the house, as we're doing the whole Thanksgiving thing on Sat..I'm actually going to take time out our gathering to go to the Supra meet!

It's kinda strange, I was looking at the fender, and it looks like your buffer took off the top layer of paint in some spots(I'm guessing the paint that was sprayed over the factory pearl), and the factory pearl is underneath, WITH clearcoat...it's insane, it's all shiny and looks new underneath, almost like when it was repainted, they just sprayed over the factory paint, w/out doing any prep work...hmm...interesting.
