JIS 7MGTE Rebuilt "Good or Bad" ???

I am in the process of purchasing a rebuilt long block from JIS Engines in TX. Has anyone have any experience with their rebuilt engines? Below is a link to a 7mgt that JIS is rebuilting and is listed on ebay. The 7mgte long block I am getting will have samilar work done to it as listed below with a rebuilt head. (all back to stock)

Funny i was just looking at that engine... It looks nice.. dont know about company..never delet with.. but lets hope its a good outlet for longblocks as lota people really dont want to rebuild them...
