So, in short, the answer is no.

I think that stock 7mgte TCCS can handle 750grams turbo pressure. Turbo A ecu would then be usefull only to switch to pressure/speed injection? Am I right?

Then, if it is just for turbo purpose, i would stay stock and check afr, and use a piggyback if needed.
