JDM Taillights

Do 89, 90, 91, and 92 JDM Tailights NOT have reverse lights? Same with the USDM ones right... cause I had a 87 and I bought the 91 JDM taillight which looks the same as the USDM one just darker... so yea, all i'm asking is do 89+ taillights have reverse lights?

I'll try to get one of mine up today... They should work just like the USDM ones.

never mind.. mine does work... it's just it works only if i hold the shift stick between P and R haha

umm NO ... THE JDM TAILS DONT HAVE THE HARNESS OR BULB FOR THE REAR SIDEMARKERS.

you have to use you usdm bulb holders with the jdm tails or your bulb out light will be on.

why? just use usdm 89+ bulb holders...no need to splice ANYTHING.

well i didnt have to do anything.. for me it was all plug n play... bought the 3 piece JDM taillight set, popped out my ghetto 87 taillights... made 2 extra holes for the JDM garnish piece and yea.. jus plug the lights aready there in it.. works find with me

i just re-used my USDM socket holders...

reverse lights work fine, they're in the inner part of the clear strips..

i put my brothers on. we were both tired from doing shit all day so we decided you can live without them :rofl:
and i didn't drill holes either. we removed the 2 extra hole things from the garnish thing instead. works fine for us.
