JDM Style Fog Lights

very nice!!!! im thinking of doing it but do u think paint brush and pain is better or Krylon stained glass spraypaint??? but like shaeff, not sure tho, i like the original too.

Stain glass paint is very quick and very easy to use. Just tape off the fog lights correctly and then go at it. I found it at Michaels craftstore or whatever the full title is. Just look for the spray paint section (it's a whole aisle of spray paint cans...kind of hard to miss) Then around there you should see some stain glass templates. Once you see those, the paint is right next to them. Like $5 or $6


But your fogs look nice. Look like mine haha

see im daft and kinda can be a chaver sometimes. But not all the time lol. anyway in the uk some of the cars have dim/dip headlights so the headlights must be on before the fogs will work. they also have to have the lights popped up before the side lights in the indicators will work aswell.

we re-wire our fogs to work otherwise :biglaugh: mine will turn on in any condition... even w/ the car off

i think i saw these once.... but my fav. of all is the jdm tyte cell phone holders :nono: lol... i'm jus messin.... i've got jza70 fogs tho... those are a bit too yellow for my liking though

I got a set of is300 yellow capsules and plan to install them into the clear fogs. Just dont know how im going to do it as of yet. I'll probably have to remove the front lens and mount it from the front and seal it back up.

lol, no there's a yellow glass shroud on the inside over the bulb... that's how the jza70 fogs were made

Yes and that is what I have, a glass yellow capsule that sits over the halogen bulb. But this is out of an is300 foglight projector so it wont simply bolt up to the SUpra foglamp. So i'll have to open it up in order to mount it for use.

Another alternative would be to use the headlight film in yellow. Yes it would cost a little more, but would last longer. Both methods probably have similar output results.
