i just got a 7mgte to reple my blown up stock gte, im not sure how much if any hp difference there will be, i know jdm motors typically push a bit harder becouse of emmisions. but i want numbers. anyone know? thanks

and sometimes just the opposite! the jdm 7m makes the same power, USDM or JDM.
the JDM 2jz makes 280hp and the USDM 2jz makes 320hp

So manufactures always quoted 276 hp just look at all the top powers for jap cars Skylines, supras, GTO's. We tested a few that arrived in stock form in the UK and they all produced more than it said on the tin.
