I have a JDM 2jzgte with usdm 550cc injectors and USDM cams. I have the resistor box off of a 7m wired in for the injectors. I orginally put a SAFC II on it to help tune due to the bigger injectors. Everytime I start it up for the first 5 seconds or so the car will run between 13 a/r and 15.6 a/r on my uego wideband. Then it slowly starts to lean out untill it starts idleing rough and dies. I'm not throwing any codes. I've tried 3 sets of different plugs, adjusted the safc II and even tried taking it off to see if that made a difference. Everytime it stays lean. I also am running off a 3 inch downpipe if that makes any difference.

Any ideas would be great! I'm getting extremely frustrated. :3d_frown:

It sounds like the fuel pump is not working. Check the fuel pressure as the car starts to do that.

I have my fuel pump wired up kinda funny so maybe its not pulling enough voltage? I know its kicking on because I can hear the pump and the fuel in the fuel rail. Its a MK 4 pump. Its wired up with 2 relays running off my igntion switch wire so that when I hit my kill switch it will make the car die and also it will cause the fuel pump to turn on with the key. It has a large guage wire running to it from the battery thats sapose to be supplying it with the power.

Any chance it would be the fpr? I have another one I could throw on quick.

Also after it dies I try starting it again and it sounds like it wont even fire

I went and started the car again and measured the voltage that was being supplied to the fuel pump. It was 14 volts while the car was running and after the car died I checked it again and it had fallen to 11 volts. I'm going to snag a fuel pressure guage and try to measure that here quick.

Took the SAFC II out swaped fuel pressure regs and tried a brand new universal o2 sensor. One at a time of corse. It idles slightly better but still very lean between 17 and 18. I took it for a drive and it drove shity still. I got back home and it died on me and wouldnt start again. I havnt tracked down a fuel pressure tester yet so I dont no what its running. Any other ideas while I'm looking for one?

thanks
