Car went in for its first proper tune with no success :(

Car is idling at 2500rpm and is having fueling issues when under load...

Idle issue seems to be with idle control valve as it cannot be used with the EMS Stinger 4424 and may be stuck in the open position. Idle control valve will be removed, covered with a plate and idle will be controlled in the tune.

In regards to the fuel issue the Bosch fuel pump was only getting 9v, preformed the 12v relay trick, fuel pressure went up to 40+psi :D... fuel stated pissing out the fuel rail :(... injectors will need to be removed & re-seated with new o-rings...

Hopefully this will happen over the next few weeks so will keep you guys posted with the dyno results...

Welcome to SM, where in Melb I'll keep an eye open.

One small correction ACL don't do the race series bearings for the 7M.

I'm out in the Western Suburbs, car probably wont be on the road for a few months... this is my first Supra so gonna have fun getting stuff sorted!

ACL removed from specs ;)

Still needs a good cleanup... Have satin black paint to do my cooler pipeing to match the cam covers, want to relocate the coilpacks to the firewall, get a HKS 3000 Pipe and paint it wrinkle black aswell...

OK... This thread is more than overdue for an update...

After the being niglected due to work and other comitments I finally decided to get stuck back into it...

I decided to send my injectors off to be flow tested as they had been sitting around for a few months and wanted to make sure there in 100% working order befor putting them back into the car... Unfortunately I recieved the bad news that the injectors where completely fried (no wonder their was tuning issues and they were leaking) and after some investigation found they weren't installed correctly...

So I bit the bullet and decided to spend some more $$$$

In the last few weeks I've brought:

*A new set of Siemens 750cc Injectors
*Top Gun 7mm Hi Performance Ignition Leads
*New NGK Spark Plugs
*Blank Gasket (gonna make new gaskets for my throttle body and some other parts whilst there off)
*New Genuine O-rings

All I need now is an oil filter, oil & catch can and its all ready to go back together and will hopefully be back on the dyno soon...

Autoelec will hopefully be coming to look at installing the new injectors "correctly" aswell :D

Finally got her all back together on the weekend but is running really rough when I fire her up...

Not sure if its due to the tune being out or If its not firing all six cylinders... So looks like I might have to double check my leads and sparks plugs.
