James' 94 Supra Turbo

I saw it sitting outside a neighbors house and had to ask if it was for sale.

I am having a damn good day. I got a KILLER deal on a MKIV 94 Supra Turbo with 60k original miles. It's a little on the rough side, but 2JZ-GTE

The plan is to fix it up and sell it.

After a day or so, we agreed on a price and I got the car. Surprisingly it fired right up after a new battery, 63k on the ODO.

Drove it home and it even boosts well.

Next step was to take it to work and get it cleaned up.

Blitz Technospeed Z1 19"... dirty as hell. Clean up then polish.

Headlights next, some bad oxidation going on:

Blitz logo and Toyota logos were painted Gold... ugly if you ask me. Plus this Blitz logo can go in its entirety.

Wow, she cleaned up pretty well. It's amazing what a little cleaning will do for a car. Not that it matters, but I'm not to big of a fan of that body kit. I'd probably sell that and pick up a stock bumper etc, you might even make a little cash... Good luck with it and let us know your plans for it. If you keep this, you'll have an even more amazing collection of Toyotas.

Well the first part of bringing it back to stock has started.

Side skirts... screw these things. Screw everything about them.

So the alternator took a shit. 4 lights came on the dashboard and now I'm plugging into the trickle charger.

Anyway...

Rear bumper removed, rear quarter skirts removed, stock bumper installed

While I was at it, I realized the exhaust was a good brand - HKS Super Dragger

Side pieces fit fine, but will be installed after bondo is fully removed

Scored a white spoiler for a steal! $25!

Removed the stupid white gauge inlays. Factory looks 100x better!
