Wow, this is going to be one hell of an example when it's back on the road. Well done!
Thank you!

I'll definitely post some pictures of it when It's finished. I'm hoping it comes out good, I've never done one before. Right now it's just got the center cut out and I'm waiting for a warmer day to go ahead and paint it. Unfortunately the lettering I am going to put on the front of it won't be off back order until sometime in January so it won't be fully finished until then. I've got lot's of stuff I want to do to it, but the cost's add up quick. Especially with a Supra to play around with too haha. Thanks for the compliments on the Supra, that's one of my favorite pictures of it. One of these days I'm going to get a build thread put together for the Supra, and then one for the 4Runner too hopefully.
Post the link when you get the thread going. Where I live, we don't have weather, it's painting time any time. Honestly, the 4Runners are cheaper to own and mod than Supras, but then again that's if you're not doing things like bumpers... Damn, I forgot how much time it took to get those things... could build a nice motor for that kind of money.

I'm impressed with how quickly this build is moving and I like that you are paying attention to the little details like I do too. Have you thought about getting a dashmat to protect the new dash in the car? I've contemplated getting one, but I'm not sure how it would look. I had a very light layer of ceramic tint put on the windshield to help keep the sun rays off the interior to help preserve mine.
As for the cowl and wiper repainting I would suggest using SEM "Honda Black" bumper coater. That's what I used on mine, and I used it on the wiper arms and spoiler on the 4Runner and they all came out good. Here's a thread I made on it with my results.

Thanks for the compliments, honestly I thought it was moving pretty slow especially since the motor is still in it. I have a dashmat that has turned purple, going to get a black one. One day I'll go into tint and such.
Good tip on the SEM, I have been using SEM products for years. I painted my old car entirely with SEM trim black, my 87 4Runner's top/wiper arms/bumper plastics, and my 99 4Runner's flares/spoiler/cowl/wiper arms/rear bumper/rock sliders.
Got 3 cans of SEM Trim Black 39043 in the garage waiting for when I feel like getting started on the Supra. It probably won't even require one.
Trim black on my 99 4Runner's cowl, did this back in 2011.
SEM color coat landau black, GREAT for interiors. Lots of my 87 is done with this stuff.
Black hardtop... been meaning to do the door frames and B pillar trim, those are the last remaining unpainted black parts
