I've had a bad week

so I have this jaw surgery in the morning since my jaw is outta whack.. which brings a decent amount of stress. so I guess today did me in as I smacked the back end of some nissan suv and pushed its tow hitch into my bumper support and then into my radiator. which then fucked my hood up and broke the right side headlight.. I'm gonna be out for the count for a while which means my car is fucked for a while.. I feel like shit and I'm tripping cuz of tomorrow. it wasn't my supra but my honda accord.. I like that car too much and this shit happens.

idk I'm just dumbstruck and don't know what to do.. If I had just one more day and $100 I could fix it and ease my mind... but no, not this time..

well guys I aint dead... I feel like shit tho and my mouth is messed up. can't eat anything! the blender is my best friend. I had this surgery cuz my jaw grew outta whack since I was little which only had my front teeth hitting. so the doctors had a scene from saw happen and now all my teeth hit. just sucks tho, they had to move my nerves and shit to reach my upper jaw bone so part of my face is still shitty feeling.

that and bands that holds my teeth together sucks big time.. then my pain killers suck to.. I have to grind it up and mix it with something to drink. it just sucks all together. and my car is still outside with repairs being needed...
