I sent some pictures along with a description of my car into Sport Compact Car a couple of months ago. I received an E-Mail requesting my contact info. I forwarded all the info and was notified that an Editor would contact me to arrange a photo shoot. I don't know where this will go but it sounds very promising. Magazines are usually backlogged so it may be awhile. It seems that Old School is becoming very popular now days.[/QUOTE]

Well things have gone downhill. It appears that Sport Compact Car is going under. I knew going in that the backlog would be about 1 yr. From what I have read over 100 employee's have been laid off and Feb. 09 will be the last issue. I'm disappointed because it would have been great if an old school MKIII had been featured. Maybe another magazine will pick up my car or one of the many very fine examples that exist. Anything is better than another Sylvia conversion.

Yes it would be great if another MKIII to get in that mag. An old school supra has been featured, not sure if you were aware of that or not. :) I will have to call Jay which is the editor of SCC and see what's up.

I 4th for pics. Post some here as it would be nice to see. :)
