Is this turbo good for a 7M?

A friend of mine is selling me this turbo. Would this turbo be good for a pretty much stock 7mgte with its proper supporting mods?

These are the specs:

compresor:
T04b (v1) 63 trim, inductor=55.4mm, exductor 69.97mm, 0.60 a/r

Exhaust:
t4 flange, 74.6 trim, ind=73.5mm, exd=63.54mm, 0.58 a/r

What are your goals?

It should spool rather smoothly and quickly but that also depends on how powerful you motor is running ( a newly rebuilt motor) Def needs a cleaning and Id check for shaft play

My goal is to have a turbo that spools quick, but still has good top end. Also could I use and T4 adapter to use it with my stock manifold? I just sold my T4 manifold, thinking I wouldnt have use for it.

Also would this be a small mid size turbo for a 7m or?
