So i ordered a replacement wastegate for my 20G turbo for the Supra Turbo from GReddy they ask me what type of wastegate it was i told them P765. I get it in the Mail today and as you can see its not quite the same.

it could be done....but if YOU can do it i dont know.....i personally recomend takeing it to a machine shop that does fabrication and have them bend it for you...without useing too much heat.

or call greddy and tell them they sent you the wrong one.....email them this picture....

called greddy they will ship me the correct one as soon as i return this one. I decided to ask for the P565 instead as that wastegate spring is set to 11psi which is below fuel cut for me which is better than 14psi

umm

you are VERY aware that from factory (greddy) the td06 is set at 15 psi BUT that it can be adjusted to anything below that right? I had my turbo adjusted to 9 psi ;)

btw running at 11 psi will more than likely cause fuel cut if the temprature/barameter are low enough.

Well my old wastegate would just let the turbo keep boosting until it hit fuel cut. Reason why i got a replacement wastegate which ill prolly just have a machine shop bend for me. But how GReddy list the P765 Wastegate as a 14psi spring, how can i adjust it lower i was told you can lower the boost lower than what the spring is set for?

but in short.... If you look at the arm where it connects to the flapper door lever. You will see that it is held in place by a removable pin. Well if you continue to the rod you will see that it is threaded. Lengthen rod and you lower the psi the waste gate will open at ;)
