Is there a way to replace the speedo shaft with electronic one? (Like in T.Aristo)

I have the a70 supra with jza70 automatic (a340e for 1jz) tranny and first generation 2jz-gte. Any speedo shaft i try can't be fitted well with this setup (usually it is longer than it should be) so after 500-1000 miles the shaft becomes sticked and broken. As ApexiPFC cannot rule AT, so i've installed AT-ECU (like well known VEMS), that can't work properly w/o speed signal.
So, is there a way to forget about speedoshaft at all? For instance, if you see the a340 tranny of Toyota Aristo, you'll find that gear sub-assy has no shaft - it wired directly to ECU and speedometer.
But Aristo signal is not proper for Supra speedo... Other waveform at all.

I hope you understand my rusglish, so if there is a solution for my case - please drop a link...

mkiii222, that sensor seems like it's a copy of native sensor in AT of Aristo and other toyota cars after 1993. It produce a sinusoidal waveform, that our speedo dash can't recognize. I forgot to say that my supra has digital dashboard.

So, we have next chain: mechanical speed sensor in AT --> speedo cable --> speedsensor beside the dashboard --> dashboard.

Last speedsensor is not magnetic, as in modern Toyotas, - it's a stroboscop with pair of LED and photodiode)/ So it sells to dashboard a signal like 0-1-0-1-0-1.

As the temporal solution, i connected digital sensor directly to AT...

It really works, but i'm not sure about possible damages by heating of exhaust pipe or water
