post 89 tails are only cool if they are JDM or tinted!!

I only seen myself as an interim mod, temporarily until the site came up. SM is strong now. There is much info here that is not elsewhere. It has been three months since the crash, and the temp spot I took to get it up is now expired because the site now, as I mentioned is up and running and SM is strong once again.
Also the truth is ... that bastid DrakeMK3 banned me for a week!! Let's not forget that part. Ain't that right, Patterson?

As far as the threads topic goes or has went, I have an '88, but ... maybe I got sick of that look, and now want the '89-'92 look, which would include the bumper as part of the deal.
So I am siding with the '89-'92 look over the '86.5-'88 look. Sorry to the earlier Supra people.

what parts do you need to put the pre89 bumpers on? my cousin has a 87, and i hav a 89, she likes 89+ and i like pre89 so we are gonna switch, but what things is she gonna need and what things am i gonna need to complete the swap.

i didn't read this thread, but i would just like to say that changing an 89'+ to 87' - 88' look is retarded and defeats the purpose of buying an 89'+ in the first place. buy an 86' - 88'.

The front bumper was hardly the only change made, and definitely not the most important... meh.

If I had an 89+, I'd leave it probably, but maybe I'd change it, I dunno. Either way this thread was about putting an 89+ front end on an 87. Heh.

Oh yeah, you're right. I thought it said off a 1989, not of a 1989.

Either way, it is possible, and the thread on how to convert a pre-89 to 89+ will provide all the info you need, just do it in the opposite way.
