Is cold start injector needed?

My supra wont be driven in the winter so no cold starts but do i still need it or can i just put bolts to block the fuel rail hole to the plenum

Are you stand alone ecu management?

Since the ECU performs asynchronous injection when cranked, in warmer climates you might be able to get away with it. You can always just unplug it for a while and see.
