This is a question about politics and doing the right thing. Give him the sobriety test to confirm your suspicions, take the car keys for a moment and go make a phone call to the chief's superior while he/she waits in their vehicle. Don't talk to anybody else until you have done this, or unless you are unable to reach this person, in which case you look for a suitable replacement. Let him make the call, and do whatever you can to make sure you've documented EVERYTHING - in car video, etc.

You can't ignore the situation because of the severity of the situation, but you have to handle it properly and rumor spreading is deadly here. The only person who has the authority to handle it right and assume responsibility is the chief's boss.

I wouldn't pull them over, any good officer knows the vehicles of all the big wigs in town (thats what ya say if ya wanna get hired) LMAO just playing im sure that town is as corrupt as jackson. Or is it?
