Interior Color Question

Okay, I have a burgundy 86.5 Supra. I know throughtout the years they had different tones of grey interior on em. What i'm trying to figure out is what tone of grey is mine (examine picture). Now I know it's not shadow so i'll not sound like a noob nor ask you that question, but aside from shadow how many different variations of grey was there? Or more importantly what color grey is mine. I want to know what color to ask for appropriatly because i need a new dash and I was offered one for cheap, but it didn't appear to be the same grey, it appeared a really light grey. heres the pic, thanks for the help.

I always liked the tan interior and wanted one badly, but people seem to appeal more to the shadow grey. A while back there was one at the junkyard near me with a full min tan interior. My brother told me, he was there for something else. I had no money or I would have made an offer and I would have been happy.

Okay, so when replacing my dash ask for medium grey, or since shadow was so rare, simply asking for just "grey" should suffice.


However in the future i would like to switch to a complete shadow grey interior. I love it to death. I wonder how many k that would costs? obviously for fairly good condition stuff.

it's not terribly expensive, it's actually sourcing the parts that's the hard part...

I have a shadow gray center console, and it's pretty nice, but it didn't match my blue interior, so I replaced it..

it's sitting in my room right now, I'll sell it to you if you want it...

1989-1990: "Medium Grey" (Same as 86.5-88 "Grey")
1991-1992: "Shadow Grey"

There was never a year where more than one type of grey was offered.

1986.5-1992 Cloth: Grey
1986.5-1991 Leather: Grey
1992 Leather: Black
