Intercooler question

Are all the intercoolers for the 7mgte the same? Or is there a difference in the years? Someone has a pre 89 intercooler and I want to be 100% sure it will work with my 86.5 ge to gte swap.

Slight difference in the piping and intercooler, but if you have all of it it won't be an issue.

Depending on how you route your piping, either one could be useds as there isn't a required flow path
