I've noticed that a lot of people have their intercoolers flushed, in most cases the crash bar is removed. Do the crash bar increase rigidity when installed and decrease rigidity when removed??

I'm just gonna stick my oil cooler in the huge spot my A/C condenser was in, probably stick the horns and anything else I need to relocate in there

Yes it increases rigidity as it keeps both frame rails in place.

If you were to get in a crash the tank with in in place would then be a civic and slamming the engine through the firewall.

Do note not all crashes are not the same. Either way. Do not remove it. If its in the way modifiy it but do so so it still has the strength factor. Iirc IJ did that with his old supra.

Of topic dryers girl scout samoas ice cream is awesome. go buy it.

Any pics?

I'm enjoying some V-day goodness at the girlfriends, i'll post some when i get back to my house, but it might not be till late, i'm taking her out tomorrow.

You can pretty much imagine it. The turbo outlet points straight down, and the inlet to the IC is pointing towards my pass.side, so i use a 45 pipe off the turbo, a straight section to stretch over the sway bar, another bent to make the piping parallel with the ground, directly in front of the IC inlet, then a 90* silicone to connect the pipe to the IC. It'f basically a 2.5" aluminum remake of the stock setup. lol
