i should be getting mine today, and the whole 4 weeks i've been waiting for it, i've been talking with Aaron at DM, and he said they were waiting on pipes from china, so I'm pretty sure that they don't personally or locally produce any pieces of this kit. probably could have saved a couple bucks buying it from CXracing directly, and getting an IC piping kit with LOTS of pipes and couplers, just to be safe.

It doesn't matter of the size of the pipe. 10 psi before will be 10 psi after. You'll just have a little more 'lag' to fill the extra space, you won't receive a PSI drop.

He will if his electronic boost controller is hooked up in series from the turbocharger outlet to the wastegate actuator. If he ported the intake manifold, the heads, or retimed the cam, the same effect happens.

I just finished a few weeks ago finishing up the fabrication and making the new DM kit work in my car as well. As others have said it is not at all a bolt in and mount it right up installation, but once you work out a few of the mounting brackets and make a few others minor adjustments, I think it ends up being a pretty darn good kit. It is unfortunate that you have to come up with a solution for the coolant reservoir, but that's part of having a huge FMIC in there, well at least for this kit anyway.

Couple things that I did a bit different.

1. I didn't want to use the replica BOV and didn't want to mess with welding a new flange on, so I found a HKS to Tial adapter flange and used it along with a genuine Tial BOV. I've had back luck w/ the replicas in the past.

2. For the joining of the last two pipes in the engine bay right over the intake, I used a "hump" coupler that allows for a bit more movement in the pipes so you can align them just how you want to. A straight coupler just didn't have the adjustment that I wanted.

3. The polished tank next to the power steering reservoir is my coolant overflow. The vaccuum line connection is on the bottom and it has a tube on it to spit any extra out should something bad happen.

Bottom line, if you expect it to fit perfect, it won't. But if you understand some of the pitfalls and challenges that come along with this kit, it can end up working out quite well.

Cant see the coolant tank very well.. can you get a better shot of that? Was that an aftermarket one or did you fab your own?
Nice install by the looks of it.

I have my coolant tank hidden which works, but I wouldn't mind having it easier to access.

I don't really have any better pics necessarily but I just went and took a couple. It's in a really tight area, but has ample clearance in all directions from any moving parts down there. I used the bolt that bolts the PS reservoir bracket to the motor for the top mount and then made a mount for the bottom using another bolt down below.

It's a universal Jeg's product that I got on Amazon:

Here's a couple pictures of it up closer and then one from below, although that doesn't show a whole lot.
