Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
A large enough induction leak would drive the mixture lean and increase NOx but you claim to have a rich mixture. However since CO suppresses NOx a rich mixture is unlikely. See the problem? As I've said many times before anyone seeking emissions help needs to post their test results.

Very true! Using only a quarter of the information gives even less of the picture. Post up the miles, NA or turbo, and full test results for us.

You arent running as rich as I suspected you were. WTH is everclear anyway? Hopefully not what I am thinking. (If it is what else do you pour into small dark holes?!?)

Test all possible leaks into your air intake from the AFM to the intake plenum. Your accordian hoses, TB gaskets and IAC hoses as well. Replace as needed. Also check your timing.

ok so im almost out of ideas
how can you bring down exhaust temps

i fixed all the vac leaks
im at my wits end

this is what i have so far
apparently im running lean my cat is good and i have replaced 15 feet of vac line under the hood

what else can i do to bring down the nox reading
the vac lines helped but nowhere near enough

if i change out the o2 sensor will that do it ?
