The point of the Lexus AFM is that it lets the stock system handle the 550cc injecotrs. If you want to be able to handle injectors larger than that, you really need to start looking at a different fuel computer.
The Lexus AFM is a good hack, and works well, but for larger injectors, you need to do something else. With larger injectors, it's back to the problem that the mix will be way richer than the ECU thinks that it should. It's possible that the TCCS will learn to correct for the extra 20% fuel, but that leaves a lot less in the way of adaptability to other performance factors, as well as the inconvenience of having to re-train the long term fuel trim every time the ECU gets reset.
You're better off with a different solution for more fuel.
