does anyone know what it takes to get a car shipped from japan to here, like what are the steps for everything. as in, who need to be the one to recieve it when it gets here and what you need to do after that...and is it worth the trouble getting a 2900 jza70 here for the shipping cost of 1800. thanks.

I've heard some of my dads fromer marine buddys bringing back JDM mk4's and a few soarers and even an R-33, most of them actually cheated a bit and got VINS of parts cars and used those vins to get registered, others paid an aimporter to bring it in and make it pass emission, new lights exhaust stuff and all, really depends on how you wanna do it, I'd personally use a vin of a parts supra, as long as the car hasn't been reported salvaged or junked your good, but whatever car it comes off ya can't let the other car be registered so make sure its a car that ain't gonna be running. It's all choices, these are ways I heard from them so may or may not be accurate but thats all I got for ya, thats what they told me and i guess it worked for them

I looked at it, if ya want a jdm I'd keep looking It doesn't say weather its a targa and it doesn't look to have one, doiesn't matter its twin turbo the DMV doesn't go look in your engine bay besides most idiots think everything that supra says is TWIN TURBO you should see how many people are like is that a twin turbo in that, just cuz it says turbo on it. plus I don't like the cloth and the interior looked abused as well as the body, it had a digi dash it looked like but without a targa I wouldn't touch it.

First that's a GA70 cause that's a narrow body supra and those are not stock sawblades for that car ga70s come with 15"s and the badge in the front says Twin Turbo the JZA70 doesn't say twin turbo it says 2.5 Twin turbo and not only Twin Turbo. and I think they removed the "24 VALVE TWIN turbo" which should be written on the door. Check mk3supras.com for the badges.
