...try a good tires place, more often then not they will have used tires that they can/will sell cheap installed onto your rims.

This is true. Although not a fan of Goodyear Eagle GTs... I put a set off a wrecked corvette on an old coupe I had years ago... and they were about 60% tread. Paid $40 mounted.

I'd GIVE you my "temp-tires" off mine... as I'm putting a set on before the meet if I get running in time. (BS Potenza RE91? in 225/50/17, I think. Not a big fan, but they are fairly quiet, decent ride, and work ok. They'er off another car with my miles on them, and have 25% or so tread, maybe a little more on two, and a tad less on two.)

Wouldn't know how to get them to you... but better than belts showing and such!:nono:

...hmmm... better consider what I'm going to shod on mine...;)

I would do that, however I have MKIV TT rims. So my rear tires are 275/40/17. So its hard to find them for a fairly good deal.

It will be a blast, it was last year so I think the stakes has been raised for this year

I see you've just joined, and you're from Indy.
Have we met?

Regardless, Look forward to seeing you guys at the meet!!!
Again, (317)395-8362 if you have any specific questions that you're unsure about. :)

^Really hope you're able to make it to the meet in your Supra!!!
I know you've been working your butt off trying to get it in time.

Tomorrow is going to be a big determining factor on whether or not
my car will be making it to the meet. :)

^^^ Thanks Jeff!

(At the moment, I'm in my CAR on an 8 party international conference call with Japan, Canada, and the US... been doing these all WEEK late in the evening to "match" time zones! DOH!)

...needless to say, exhausted with work and the four kids... but I'm going at it agian this weekend between the wife working (nurse), one kid in baseball on Saturday, and a "TO DO" list a dozen items long from my wife! ARGH!

PS: I have a "special" item just picked up from a member in here...;) heh heh heh... HINT: it will mate nicely with my HKS alphabet soup "tower-of-power" in my dash center...:biglaugh:

I don't know where to start guessing with that, but since it's supra related, it must be nice.

I didn't get my motor in as I had planned, but got just about everything all ready to drop in tomorrow. I have to find a 89+ motor mount nut, block off plate for the intake manifold, and redoing the fuel line going to the cold start injectors. I'm also thinking about having a "real" t4 spacer made...those of you who worked with nate trying to get my turbo to fit, knows what I'm talking about... :biglaugh:

Or you can save yourself the troubles, Sell that rare HKS manifold,
use that money to purchase a real tubular T4 manifold,
AND have money left over to finish your project...

;)

Jeff, I really don't feel it's that rare of an item that you, jon, and quin all say it is...I already got the oil lines all fixed up so what's the point?

ya, you could make money off the HKS manifold. Its worth more than a tubular manifold is, but like you said the oil drain line is now fitting for that manifold. So if you went tubular you'd need a longer drain line... then again you would also be able to use the down pipe you have.. so may be worth it..
