Damnit.

If i would have caught wind of this earlier i'd open up the yellow pages and find you the disc.

I have 20+ transmission shops in the area.
I was a bit caught up in getting it from IPT so didn't think to ask anyone else, the IPT BS started the 10th of last month and we've been waiting ever since for them to turn up at John's place...

This sucks Ian. Hopefully someone can find you something monday.
<fingers crossed> J as the project is stalled until it's sorted.

Thanks Steve that would be brilliant if you can do that and post back here ASAP once you call!

Yeah, I posted that link because it was in AZ and knew that Jdub was usually who you go through. Looks like Steve might have you covered though!

Yep hope so, that way I can get this thing finished so I can then sell up here and move!

Frustrating thing was IPT were all yeah no probs we'll send you one at no charge when John contacted them about it last month then NOTHING...

Still can't believe no one here brings these things into the country :nono:
(must have something to do with the asbestos content, and having mentioned that any customs declarations "should" be filled in as "spacer plate" just in case)

you really have a strange relationship with your car!!!!:naughty::biglaugh::evil2::aigo:

Just trying to maintain a sense of humour about all this as I have NO-ONE here to punch in the face.... :nono:

I did however perform an act of bastardry last night leaving the restaurant ;)

A bud walked out in front of me and there was a couple standing in the door way looking at the desserts, they wouldn't get out of the way and my bud squeezed around them, I heard her pissing and moaning that the open door made her cold so after walking through them I opened the door as wide as it would go got a bit of preload on it and let it slam into her as she was half out....

She I assume was swearing at me in Vietnamese as I walked off smiling :)

Well your kinda dead in the water til monday. I'll give the shop in wayne a call on monday.

Thanks Dude!

Yep it's "all ahead stop" here till the disc arrives.... :(

This car is a Rubick's Cube that can only go back together one way so no clutch disc means no reassembly and until that happens I can't finish up any more of the wiring as I need all the major components in place for testing/configuration....
