Secondly, if you want some top notch, FREE, worthwhile advice you need to type in full sentences with punctuation and some sort of order.

I'm just playing,

check to make sure all your intercooler piping is tightly connected (had an issue like this when I first got my car, have since replaced all IC pipes with nice SS T-Clamps)

open your hood, rev the car high enough so that it will (start) to make boost, if you hear any loud hissing coming from somewhere, you have a vac leak.

or just perhaps the connector from the turbo to your gauge is loose/leaking/clogged

I'd definately look at those IC pipes first though.
