Which in Nazifornia is for any reason, to include a modified exhaust system or BOV.

Running 3" all straight thru exhaust with (not street legal) race muffler. Very very loud...
Drove in front of cops, behind cops and past cops and never got pulled over.

An exhaust is not really enough for a cop to pull you over anymore.
Some still will most won't waste their time.
Of course you are still in th south...
