I believe you will start to feel more stressed, your life will depress in more ways than one, but slowly enough that you will not notice until someone says something; and to top it off you will get sick more often because your immune system will be on the fritz.

good luck with that:biglaugh: but seriously though, with personal experiance, word of mouth, and especially in light of the posts in this thread, it's not good for you I would suggest you don't do it.
Hmm, depressed and stressed as it is. Bad idea eh?

So Kyle, what's with the pain meds? I have trouble sleeping too. The work I do is pretty much seasonal. In the summer months, I work all the time, sometimes six or seven days a week. In the winter when we slow down, I get used to staying up later and later every night. Thus, I sleep in later and later every day until my days and nights are bass ackwards. I start going to bed around eight or so in the morning and waking up around seven or so and night. That my friends, sucks. So since I injured my back last year, I take two 750mg/tablets of Methocarbomal three times daily. The last before bed. It usually puts me out in fifteen minutes or so. They are weird though, they make me pretty sleepy, but if I fight through it, the sleepy feeling goes away after about ten minutes.
Sorry for the rant, I am tired, and bored.

looks up the effects of sleep deprivation in google... It's pretty scary...

They haven't actually had a case of death from it in humans so far as I know, but in lab mice it took 2-3 weeks before they died...

Anyway, get well man, think of it this way, when you hit rock bottom, you have nowhere to go but up. Don't give up or give in...
