Maybe if you change out the rest of the NA ignition system with that of the Turbo's...

What he said will work, otherwise no. The ECU does not send the correct igniter signal. Despite what some internet scam artist claim on their pages.

I am gonna go back to NA for a while and take my time building up a 7MGTE w/ forged pistons and all that jazz. I just figured that I'd jump on the good priced ignitor while I could. But the NA-T is n't cutting it...TOO MANY TUNING PROBLEMS!
