Ok. my first step in tuning my supra is power, and ignition. I was wondering aside from the battery, what are all the parts of the complete ignition system and power systems. And what can I replace with aftermarket parts?

I understand the "what can i replace with" question. The question prior to that is cryptic.
the coils can be replaced with the GM two tower coils directly. Just have to wire them a bit different.

The factory Toyota coil is more than adeqaute to handle NA engines ignition needs.
