if I put an 89 GE into my 86.5 what do I have to change?

I dont see why it wouldnt work, You might have to change a few clips around but I cant recall any major changes in sensors.

Or even change all your old sensors over to the new engine.

If you werent so far away Ive got a pretty solid bottom end Im selling for $50.

youll have to change either the clips or the sensors (your choice) by the tstat housing.

everything else will be the same.

Its a full bottom end, I was gonna sell it to Suprastanger507MGTE (Moe) but hes never gotten back to me. Its pulled from my old GE. You wanna pay shipping its yours find the weight for a short block and Ill get you an estimate.

short block? Oh I just need crank, rods, bearings pistons well not even pistons, mostly crank, you know why lol. Dont need a whole block, Ill look into it, whats the weight?

If you're changing the complete motor, the harness changes, the ECU plugs change, the motor mounts change. If you do not change those main things, you'll have to change a lot of small stuff. Other than that, I can't remember anything else that changes for this purpose.
