how difficult is it to tune and learn to use it?

Well, it depends on:

I'm an extremely quick learner

Actually it's a great system. Just count on doing a lot of reading. As no one had installed one of these on a GE before I was trying to keep it as simple as possible, hence the MAF instead of going speed/density.

I'm considering switching to speed density so I can put together an accurate writeup for my peers. I've already got an IAT and just need to grab a MAP sensor.... the hardest part right now is the lack of time to do it.
