long story short my supra is on jack stands... enter needy girlfriend... wants me to come see her as she moved out of state for college... i need to replace a strut... suspension is stock... can i get away with just doing one strut for the now... i know i need an alignment as i had to replace my lower control arm... my real question is... illumnia 2's can this be done on an non tems supra? and still be adjustable or just go with the blues... i plan on lowering springs as well... but i dont want her to think i love the car more.. haha shhhhhh
if i even have to ask im sure this is pretty stupid...

Bronchitis: You'd be far better off replacing 2 if you can swing the $$$ as the car will drive like a sack of poo with a mismatched pair on the same axle. 
i would just get the blues there good shocks and good price. if you want to adj them get a 3 way adjustable shock. and if your not changing springs you can just change one shock.
ill just go with the blues then... i can swing the $$ for those thank you sorry one other thing will the strut mounts need replacing or are those usually ok.. quite unsure because i've never done struts before... the strut assembly is removed from the car and i know i need a spring compressor to finish the work... any other tips besides wear my helmet? :crazy1:

you don't need tems....you can adjust the shocks with needle nose pliers...there is a tab in the center/top of the shocks that you turn to adjust.

If you were really in a time crunch you could just do 1 as long as you did the other later. I did that once and it felt f-ing weird! But I replaced my other one the next day. Just ran out of time at the shop, lol
What will piss you off even more is if you go see her with your car like that,and not getting any.
