I cleaned my idle control valve already. I took it for a long drive and its still idling at 500 in drive. On park it idles at 800-900.

27 is no cat, 71 is EGR temp, and the 61 code for tranny is for the speed sensor.
I don't know enough to say that's your issue (as I don't know the ECT system that well), but it could be possible.

Then! Im going to tell you how to fully check/set your timing both ignition and mechanical. Ill even write it out for you and try to make it fool proof lol! Okay turn the crank an set it at 0 degrees. There should be little numbers on there. Then remove the cam gear cover the one that says 7-mge on it lol. And check if the timing marks on the gears line up to the timing marks on the plate that is behind it. If you remove spark plug number one and put a screw driver that is long enough to reach the piston . Youll notice the piston is at TDC, top dead center. If everything lines up then do this i got lazy to finish the rest here you go.
