Idles high, dp diaphragm not being closed properly

No I was just saying the TB valve closes completely when the car is off. "the throttle valve closes perfectly with no gap between the lever and stop screw when the car is off."

Previously when the car was on, without the spring I recently installed, it would not, there be a .5mm gap from between the throttle stop.

With the spring installed in the pics above it closes it completely regardless.

im also having trouble with my idle i have a 89 7mge my idle want to run a 500 rpms when its like 80 deg. out side even when im driving it wants to idle at 500 and shakes the car really bad it dont stop shaking untell i dive it for 40 min. and then it will idle at 1400 rpms and it wont shake then ( my dad said all 80's vehicals normally idle at 1400) so i need help lol.
