Well I had the car rebuilt about eh, 2 - 3 months ago. I have 264 cams in it and its bored 40 over. Well with the cams and no fuel tuning the car use to shut off. Now I HAVE an apexi afc and the car idles. My problem here is the car when warm idles at 1200 to 1500 rpms. Cold it idles about 800 to 1000 rpms. A buddy of mine told me to check the iscv, only problem is, is I dont know what it looks like :icon_mad:.

So can anybody out there help me? Id like the idle to be around normal, which is 600 to 800 rpms I believe. Thanks guys.

If you need more info, Ill be popping in and out on here, so just leave your comments. Please no flaming.

Hey, fag stick, why aren't you in chat anymore? ;)

ISC is the little motor with the big black cap on the intake manifold. Has two (I think) coolant ports on it, and one big port that should be routed to your intake pipe. IIRC it's on the throttle body side of the intake manifold.

sounds like you might have the safc tuned to run it too rich. This is completely a guess of course, but sounds like you have the opposite of a vacuum leak- ie: too much air for the fuel. Rather, you might have too much fuel for the air. It would explain why rpms would drop to almost normal when warm- when the cold start injector shuts off fuel flow. Anyone?
