ok so i just finished my na-t build and took the car out for a ride, the idle is a little rough which i can't figure out , timing was checked, seemed fine, also when the car boost, u can feel it pull but then it just stops, it will somtimes give out a small backfire... any ideas? but the turbo does spool, bov is fine. thanks

its a full na-t conversion with electronics, the throttle body (intake mani) is the na one tho, about the timing its at 10 degree.. also btw i got the car to idle fine but i notice when i step on the gas and then release is the idle gets very bad and sometimes the engine dies. thanks

also where do these 2 plugs usually go on a turbo model?

think these could be the problem? i always thought they were temp sensors. Also i don't remember if i said but the ecu is throwing NO codes

the blue one looks like a knock sensor conector. I had the same problem and it was the cps, try again with the cps in different positions, check if advancing timing gets better or viceversa. And if it gets better pull it out and try in a diferent position. check if it revs more than 4500rpm, if it doesn´t sure is your timing.

i have no tach right now lol... but i was playing with the cps and when i put a timing gun to it it shows that i'm at 10... if i take it out wouldn't that mess it up even worse?

No you don't need them. The only temp sensor the car needs to run is the 2 wire for the ECU (green plug).

Were you checking timing with the T and E1 terminals jumpered? What plugs and wires are you running and are they new? Did you swap the motor or just the electronics?
