I'm trying to figure out what this part is on my car. Its on the factory air intake hose, looks like a little bell and has a hose running to it. Don't have a camera right now and I've looked at all the diagrams I could find and can't find it. I'm just wanting to know what it is and whats the function of it. Thanks.
