There's an icecream parlor in Stillwater, Mn (Nelson's) that has the best Rum Cherry. They give you the BIGGEST freaking piles of ice cream I've ever seen on a cone, and that's just a single scoop.

Graeter's Toffee Chip comes in a close 2nd.
