IAC wiring

OK i had a bad idle and traced it down to the IAC so i replaced it with a known good one to comferm the prob still the same i was woundering how do i test the wires going in to the IAC because the TSRM only shows how to test the IAC it self. im thinking its not geting the signal to open or close.

well the problem is that it is not a signal. It is 4 distinct signals in sequential order of ascending or descending.

Hence the S1, S2, S3 S4 pins on the IAC getting tested If it is not receiving any signals at all. I doubt it is the ECU and would focus more on the grounds (B1- B2).
