So I just did a bunch of searching but turned up nothing. I thought I remembered reading somewhere a long time ago that all 90-92's had a power steering cooler. My old 91 had one but I just bought a 91 N/A and it doesn't have one. Just wondering what the deal is?

All model years of the MKIII had a power steering cooler. Up until 91 it was just a metal length of pipe behind the front bumper. Then in 91(04/1990) they updated the design to be a longer loop and to have cooling fins. The redesign was applied to all turbo cars. However on non-turbo models the updated cooler was only offered as an option, possibly as part of the N/A sport package.
