Im about done fucking with this god forsaken shit hole car. Rad hose, $35, seal $10, I need a new set of piston rings, all new valve shims and valve seals, front and rear main seals, and nothing to drive while I do all the work, this is god damn wonderful isnt it. Fucking pos. /Vent


Oh yeah, new oil pan, gasket, tons of shit I cant even think straight about right now... and as a plus my buddies 2001 Eclipse GTS passed me without much of a problem the other morning... Im not happy.

Hopefully it will all work out. I have felt like that in the past, and I still get upset, but everytime I get a Mustang GT to racing me..............it's all worth it.................:biglaugh:

Sounds like you choose to pay less up front and now you're having to pay more later or just cut your losses and give up.

i often am tempted to blow my pos up to force me to do a rebuild on another block i have. but i couldnt do it to the car, only when i get pissed off at it when something costs me a lot of money only for something else to go wrong, oh well ive gotten use to it now.

I bought my 90 turbo targa for 4k, put 2500 in to fixing the engine, 1400 in parts and mods for the body, interior, suspension and brakes, and about 1500 on exhaust, intake boost controller spearco FMIC and hardpipes with a HKS SSQV, at 10 psi it pulls great, looks good and is fun to drive, i drive it daily and its good times.


Oh and I love onejoezee's advice "JUST GIVE UP" WOW MAN FUCKING INSPIRATIONAL. I just can't figure out where your MK4 is, cuz you certainly talk the talk.

Hang in there man, you'll be happy in the end, my first 6 mos was a bitch cuz i was fixing things the original owner had done, may have to put off mods for a while or even driving it but its worth it in the end to have a unique fun and classic supra.
