Well, I wish I had known he was NA, that way I could act like I was just being mean and throwing the boost jab in his face, but I'm not that smart. I didn't even think about him being NA when he was complaining about no low end torque...................I thought that came standard with the NA..............:biglaugh:

you guys are great haha, is there any way to test my knock sensors? How do they operate in such a way to cause this issue? Ill be attempting to adjust my TPS tomorrow.

Is changing the knock sensors a difficult and expensive task? Ive never read up on that.

Yes Im NA but shes had way more power than she does right now, it just feels weird.

my n/a is the same way. Backfires and bogs when i left off the throttle.I actually enjoy the backfire sometimes, like when i go to pass and im upshifting and between one of the shifts goes a loud pop right as im going by the driver of the slower verhicle.Makes me:biglaugh: everytime

Fixed my fuel leak, needed new crush washers. Advanced my timing a little... car idles 750 now after it warms up, runs a little stronger, enough to notice an increase.. Ill keep ya posted

I don't know about this idle advancing technique. That's a new, new school thing I think. I was raised it was a no no. I'm only 34.

Heres the plan, Tomorrow, Im taking off the timing cover plate, setting it ALL to TDC, redoing the timing from point one, then Ill check my TPS and go from there, and like I said before, soon to have stock exhaust. The one I have now will get put on my other toy...

Make sure when you set your ignition timing, that you jump the diagnostic terminals.

Set the timing to 12 deg btdc

I didnt get to do the full all around retime yet but she is advanced to around 12 right now and running pretty good still a lil misfire but hey, she pulls harder now. I think the new exhaust will fix some of this too.

Also have a crazy idea for a cutoff pipe thats windowswitch activated but well see if I can make that work.

No pictures yet I dont have her, itll be another 2 - 3 weeks.
